A Double-A affiliate of the Chicago White Sox since 1986, the Barons have been a staple in the Birmingham community since 1885.

Wednesday, Apr 10 – Join the Barons for the Home Opener against the Tennessee Smokies! Fans in attendance at tonight’s game will receive a free 2019 Magnet Schedule.

Thursday, Apr 11 – Thirsty Thursday. Come out and enjoy a game at Regions Field with your best pal on Thirsty Thursday. On this night 16oz beverages for just $2. Fans in attendance at tonight’s game will receive a free 2019 Magnet Schedule.

Friday, Apr 12 – Friday Night Fireworks. Come out to Regions Field as the Barons light up the sky after tonight’s game. Fans in attendance at tonight’s game will receive a free 2019 Magnet Schedule.

Saturday, Apr 13 – Saturday Entertainer Series – Zooperstars! Returning to Regions Field this summer are the Zooperstars! Come out to and enjoy Zooperstars! synchronized dance routines, acrobatics, and tricks! It’s fun for the whole family!

Sunday, Apr 14 – Family Sunday’s. Family Sundays feature face painting, a chance for kids to run the bases after the game, and other fun filled activities. The first 500 fans will receive a Barons and Regions Bank co-branded baseball.
Autism Friendly Day – The Barons invite all families affected by autism to attend the sixth annual Autism Friendly Barons game. This game transforms the typically loud sporting event into a sensory friendly experience. Tonight’s game will include amenities for families affected by autism including: reduced volume and noise, a user’s guide to the game called a “social story”, a map of the field locating “safe zones” where individuals and families can go when in need of a quiet space, and a designated area for mascots where individuals can approach mascots if they desire.
Jackie Robinson Day – This game will also be a celebration of the 72nd Anniversary of Jackie Robinson’s Major League Baseball debut breaking baseball’s color barrier.

Admission Info

Tickets $7 – $15. Fans can choose from three different reserved seating sections. Dugout Premium seats located behind the Barons dugout on the first base side, Field Reserved seats located behind home plate and the visiting dugout and Baseline Box seats located on the first and third base lines.

General Admission seats remain the same price as in recent years with adult tickets available for $7.00. Children (12-years and younger), seniors (60 years and older) and members of the military receive $1.00 discounts on the listed prices for all reserved and general admission seats. General Admission seating is located in the right field bleachers and the berm seating areas.

With a seating bowl reminiscent of Birmingham’s historic Rickwood Field, Regions Field will provide unique vantage points throughout the ballpark with views of the downtown skyline, UAB, Children’s Hospital and Red Mountain.
