Join Shannon Hancock and Kerry Burgess in Space One Eleven’s Visual Arts Gallery for a truly unique experience. Practice yoga and view Space One Eleven’s current visual arts exhibition, The BOMB, curated by Atlanta-based artist Larry Anderson. Combine your appreciation of art with an exploration of the idea of Ahimsa, or non-violence, through a yoga class for all levels. The class will combine a lively Ashtanga Yoga-based flow with the deeply relaxing postures of Somatic Yoga. Class will be set to live guitar music and paired with a short talk on the current exhibition.
