A new musical from Andrew Lippa – the stories of America’s LGBTQ community
UNBREAKABLE is an amazing new work from Tony Award-nominee Andrew Lippa (Addams Family, Big Fish, I Am Harvey Milk), which we co-commissioned with the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus. Epic in scope, it embraces 120 years of LGBTQ experiences in America and shares lesser-known stories of the people and events that galvanized the gay community and brought us to where we are today. Think of it as the good, the bad, and the ugly of the march toward equality mixed with the triumph and pain of individual experience. It WILL move you.
For the first time ever we are joined by THREE AMAZING GUEST ARTISTS and OUR FIRST FULL PIT ORCHESTRA. Birmingham favorites Caleb Clark, Amy Johnson and Toy Matthews along with chorus soloists bring Lippa’s electrifying score to life.
