Albanian born flutist Geni Skendo, moved to Boston in 2003 in order to study at the Berklee School of Music and New England Conservatory of music to raise the level of his jazz performance. A musical polyglot, Skendo performs jazz, Albanian folk music, world music, Japanese music and more on flute and shakuhachi. He’s accompanied by guitarist Keith Beard.
