Nancy Chaboun is coming back to Birmingham!

In this three day workshop we’ll spend two days painting costumed models and the third day painting still-life. Emphasis will be on creating mood through composition. The critical elements of painting will be explored including: placement, values, color, edges and brushwork. All with the goal of moving beyond “the studio exercise phase” and into the more exciting aspects of creating art. This is an oil paint workshop. Some experience is needed. Demos and personal attention are provided.

Thursday, Friday & Saturday, June 6, 7 & 8, 10am – 4pm. $325, supplies needed. $100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit required to hold your place. Lunch will be provided on Saturday, June 8.
