Now is your chance to learn to make authentic sauces in the traditional style. You will learn old world pasta methods and history of each pasta, regions they came from and sauces that go with them. Monthly cooking classes are offered from the Bare Naked Noodles kitchen and private group classes are also offered at your home or office.  Cooking is great for team building and family bonding! Bring your appetite and learn to make your favorite sauces.   $50 per person. Special group discounts available.

Sauce 101 Cooking Class

• Learn to make 5 Italian sauces that includes Alfredo, Pesto, Ragu, Sage Butter, and Brown Butter. 
• Enjoy tasting the sauces on the pastas they were meant to be served on. 
• Making pasta will not be included in this sauce cooking class.
