Now is your chance to learn to make authentic pasta and sauces in the traditional style. You will learn old world pasta methods and history of each pasta, regions they came from and sauces that go with them. Monthly cooking classes are offered from the Bare Naked Noodles kitchen and private group classes are also offered at your home or office.  Cooking is great for team building and family bonding! Bring your appetite and learn to make your favorite pasta and sauces and enjoy the fruit of your labors with a meal following.  $50 per person. Special group discounts available.

Sauce 101 Cooking Class 

6-8pm

• Learn to make 5 Italian sauces that includes Alfredo, Pesto, Ragu, Sage Butter, and Brown Butter. 
• Enjoy tasting the sauces on the pastas they were meant to be served on.
