Ground Floor Contemporary is pleased to present ‘Transference’, featuring new works by TL . Lunsford, a collaborative project between member artists, Leah Karol and Tara Stallworth Lee.

TL . Lunsford uses film and vintage cameras to play with alternative photographic processes (i.e. instant transfers, multiple exposures, ghost imaging, and digital processing). Their first show is a collection of portraits derived from different versions of original polaroid captures. Each study embraces a  “transference” beyond the limitations imposed in the pursuit of the “perfect photograph”; dissolving reality, embracing obstructions, and delighting in the unexpected.
