Urban Impact and the Make It Happen Theatre Co. (MIH) present a one-time performance of The High Priestess of Soul: Nina Simone, an original, one-act musical written by Dramatic Guild playwright and stage actor, David Roby. Directed by MIH Artistic Director, Alicia Johnson-Williams, this theatrical production will feature Birmingham’s own soul-singing diva, Latoya Matthews, as the sultry Nina Simone.
