NORMAN WESTBERG // IRON GIANT PERCUSSION // BRAD DAVIS NORMAN WESTBERG: Known primarily as the guitarist for the seminal New York no wave band Swans, Norman Westberg also crafts vast sonic soundscapes under his own name. Westberg’s dark ambient instrumental music stands in stark contrast to the walls of noise constructed by Swans, but is no less intense. He’s touring in support of his recently released album 13. IRON GIANT PERCUSSION: Four-piece percussion ensemble uses traditional drums as well as found objects like soda bottles, brake drums and propane tanks to make music. A recent Iron Giant Percussion performance was given a perfect 5-star review by The Birmingham News and described as a “riveting concert.”

BRAD DAVIS: Ambient electronic musician Brad Davis has been a fixture on the Birmingham music scene for two decades as a drummer, lead singer, and keyboard player with the likes of Plate Six, Broken Letters, Birdthrower, Null, Dan Sartain and many more. He’s toured the world playing music in more than a dozen countries in North America and Europe.
