A comedy show performed in American Sign Language.
Wink, a CODA (child of a Deaf adult), will bring you a visual world of comedy performed in American Sign Language (ASL) Wink has stories from his CODA childhood, his made up “interpreter life”, and some other random experiences. He shares the ones he finds amusing. Enjoy bits from his on-the-road stand-up comedy performed in American Sign Language blended with improv.
As an opening act to Wink, there will be several Deaf students from Alabama School for the Deaf who will perform short ASL stories. The performance will be voice interpreted for those who do not know ASL and will be a family-friendly, rated PG event. Performance will be located in the Auditorium.
