Join us for our second exciting year of this full-day camp designed to connect kids to their food supply. Participants will explore the world of plants by digging into hands-on gardening projects, learning to be scientists through botany experiments and expanding their palettes with fresh food taste-tests. Local experts and Master Gardeners will teach kids how plants are built, how they work, how they eat and why we eat them! Additionally, this camp will cover the requirements for Jr. Master Gardeners Level 2 module: Operation Thistle.

Older graduates of previous Urban Farm Camps are welcome back assistants. Contact Volunteer Coordinator Taylor Steele for information.
