Tai-ji Quan (Tai Chi) is a Chinese slowmotion martial art and moving meditation. It promotes physical and emotional balance, with particular emphasis on breathing (Qi Gong). This class is appropriate for all ages and abilities. This short yang style form is taught in the Beginner I & II Taiji classes. You are welcome in the ongoing Practice class at anytime. Taught by Stephen Guesman of Dancing Stone Tai-ji Quan.
You are encouraged to join this class at any time. A Tai Chi handbook and videos are available to help you catch up and you can try or observe a class for free. Stephen has been practicing and teaching this living art since 1982. The sooner you get moving and breathing the better!
