2019 has been full of ups and downs including a silent battle with anxiety and depression. It was tiring. It was draining. It was dark sometimes.

Depression and anxiety takes so much from you. When you are used to being the go to guy that everyone needs, it’s not always easy to turn to others for help. Sometimes you have to dig deep and be your own savior. You have to realize that you are in control of your life and everything it and survival is nonnegotiable because there are so many people that you share your life with that love you and want to see you be great.

It’s been a journey…A private journey. Then I realized, my story needs to be told. Not just for me but for others just like me. Someone will see my triumphs and know it’s possible to pull yourself out of anxiety and depression.
