The 2016 Alabama Auto Show, a four day event April 7th through 10th, will feature vehicles from 30 different brands. In addition to the premiere of the latest the automotive world has to offer, this year’s auto show will also include ride and drive opportunities for attendees, live media broadcasts from the event, the Game Zone truck and a climbing wall. Tickets for the Alabama Auto Show at the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex are now on sale and can be purchased online through alabamaautoshow.com. “This year’s Auto Show will have something for everybody, from vehicles to driving experiences to games and fun,” said Jennifer Whisenant, producer of the Alabama Auto Show. “Not only will attendees be able to get a first look at the automotive industry’s best vehicles, they will get to test drive some of them too.” GM, Toyota and Ford each will have a registration booth in the lobby of the East Exhibition Hall. After attendees have gone through the Auto Show itself, they can register to test drive the vehicles of their choice.

ABOUT THE ALABAMA AUTO SHOW

The 2016 Alabama Auto Show will take place at the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex April 7-10. Doors open for the event on Thursday, April 7 at 12:00 p.m. Tickets for ages 14 and above are $8, children under 14 are free. Discounts will be given to senior citizens and military personnel (active or retired). The event will showcase 2016 model year domestic and import cars, light trucks, SUVs, and hybrid vehicles of all sizes. Manufacturer’s reps, product specialists, and local Birmingham Automobile Dealers Association members will be on hand to assist in product education, feature comparisons, safety standards and other consumer points of interest on hundreds of makes and models. ABOUT THE BIRMINGHAM AUTO DEALERS ASSOCIATION (BADA)

The Birmingham Automobile Dealers Association is a membership-based group of all the new car dealers in Jefferson and Shelby counties. The vision of BADA is to support its membership through legislative and industry representation, educational programs and communications, and community relations activities. The mission of BADA focuses charitable giving – BADA produces the Alabama Auto Show on an annual basis as the primary fund-raiser to increase opportunities for charitable contributions to children’s charity organizations in the Jefferson and Shelby County area.
