Trapped Boss aims to provide safe spaces for women of all ages to take a break from their hustles, to relax and feel great through breath and movement. Embrace the chance to network, and the space to move and focus on self-love with motivating energy around you while enjoying local vendors! Trapped Boss’s Self Care Yoga will enforce national social distance protocols to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. Masks will be mandatory for entry and each participant must maintain 6 foot distance between each other.
