Due to CDC Guidelines, we will not be able physically run together, but we will all be together in spirit on Saturday, August 22nd – 23rd as we run to remember Lori Johnson and the 14,000 other women who die each year from ovarian cancer and the thousands more who have fought the battle or are currently battling the disease.
Proceeds from the race support Norma Livingston Ovarian Cancer Foundation’s research, educational programs, and our Just a Need patient support program.
With this year’s $25 race fee, participants will receive a Save the O’s 5K t-shirt, teal ovarian cancer ribbon, and an opportunity to make a difference by supporting Norma Livingston Ovarian Cancer Foundation’s programs and life-changing research.
All money raised from Save the O’s Virtual 5k remains in Alabama and funds Norma Livingston Ovarian Cancer programs that support women with ovarian cancer, and fund very important ovarian cancer research.
