Mayhem on the Mountain is Alabama’s largest outdoor functional fitness competition held at beautiful Oak Mountain State Park. Mayhem hosts over 500 competitors from around the southeast who compete as an individual or on a 4 person team. We have divisions for athletes of all skill levels
