Join us for a pop up series in the ground floor space of the iconic Frank Nelson Building, located at the corner of 2nd Ave N and 20th Street. Formations Dance Company director Whitney Renfroe RYT-200 will lead a unique yoga practice that blends elements from Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin Yoga….with a few twists along the way. Participants are sure to leave feeling invigorated and restored, and can then enjoy a 25% discount next door at ZaZa Trattoria! Post sweat-sesh food tastes better when you get a deal….and ZaZa is pretty delicious to begin with 🙂

COVID-19 safety measures will be observed: mats will spaced safely apart from each other in the spacious venue, and capacity will be limited. Masks will be required any time a participant is off of their mat and will be worn by the instructor at all times. No one exhibiting symptoms of COVID or anyone with known exposure in the past 10 days will be permitted.
**Please bring: Your own yoga mat, a bottle of water, and a face mask!**
