One of the recently realized results of the year-long Covid-19 Pandemic was the mind-blowing collection of garbage. Reduced city workers, more people working and learning from home, major shifts of collection from downtowns to neighborhoods, disposable PPE litter, construction and lawn maintenance debris, recycling restrictions-these changes plus others have resulted in re-evaluating trash!! What better person to lead us in this discussion and discovery than Stacy Vaughn who deals with it day to day in her position as City Director of Public Services!
