Beardcore/Hard Rock/Metalcore from Oakland MD Guns Out At Sundown is a band based out of Western Maryland, finding its beginnings in 2007, with the original name of LenorAstray. The original line-up included: Jamie Peterson on bass an lead vocals, Mike Dennis on guitar, Nathaniel Raley on guitar, and Trav Hensley on the drums. Shortly after, long-time childhood friend Christopher Tepper was introduced to the drums, and Trav was moved to lead vocals. After many discussions, and a drive for more, the band changed its genre to create a heavier sound. In 2008, J joined the band to fill the position of guitarist, but left the band shortly after recording our first professional demo. In 2009, we added Ryan Crosco to the roster as Nick’s replacement. It was then that Guns Out At Sundown was born. The band recorded its full-length album entitled “The Comfort In Chaos” with Johnny Burke at Chin Music Studios in Cleveland, Ohio (www.reverbnation.com/vibestudios) in November of that year, but due to a few personal issues, the band took hiatus, planning to return stronger than ever once our lives were back on track. In early 2011, Ryan Crosco decided to leave the band, with JBONE Symons rejoining and filling the slot. After some much needed rehearsals and composition, “Fear Not The Fallen” was written and released in March of 2012.
