OLLI of Greater Birmingham presents Ed McGuirk, Certified Personal Trainer, Strength, and Conditioning Coach, a passionate force for helping senior citizens reach their physical goals. There’s a reason, aside from his impressive fitness resume, Ed will be 81 this November.
