2016 marks the 5th anniversary of the Steel Strides 5K for MDA run! The course will run through the beautiful Mt Laurel off Highway 280 in Birmingham. The course is great for all run experience from beginner to advanced. The run is a family-friendly atmosphere and we invite everyone to come and enjoy the day! All participants will receive a TEK shirt for participating in the event. Funding raised through the event will be used to fund research for Spinal Muscular Atrophy through the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
