On Saturday, October 23rd, 2021 the Grace House Junior Board will host the 8th Annual Pumpkin Festival at Homewood Central Park from 10 am-1 pm. The Pumpkin Festival is the Junior Board’s signature fundraising event and is a day of family-friendly fun that the Birmingham community looks forward to each year. Games, food trucks, and pumpkins wait for you and your family at the Pumpkin Festival!

A pumpkin is included with every children’s admission and there will be tons of carnival style games and candy giveaways. You can grab lunch from the Milo’s Burger Bus and sweet treats from other favorite local vendors. And make sure to get to the festival quickly to get your turn on the 24-foot rock wall!

Children\’s admission is just $10 and includes access to all festival activities! Adult admission to the festival is free. A “to-go” option is available for those who would still like to experience the Pumpkin Festival but with less face to face interaction. The CDC encourages masks in outdoor spaces in large gatherings of people, so the policy of the Pumpkin Festival encourages the same. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time or day-of at the festival. Only debit/credit card payments will be accepted to protect the safety of our volunteers – no cash sales will be conducted.

100% of proceeds from the Pumpkin Festival directly benefit Grace House Ministries’ life changing program for Alabama girls in foster care. So come by to grab your pumpkin, play games, and get some lunch from the food trucks: all while supporting the Grace House girls!
