The Homewood Public Library is partnering with the Greater Birmingham Humane Society this spring to help you find the perfect pet and discover how amazing adopting a pet can be. Whether you want a puppy or a more mature dog, a purebred or a one-of-a-kind mixed breed, the GBHS has the best selection of animals anywhere—all screened for good health and behavior. The GBHS Mobile Unit will be in the library’s back parking lot from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. with some beautiful, loveable dogs just waiting for a special home like yours.
