This mid-day class includes ballet barre exercises, center combinations and choreography with live piano accompaniment by Steve McKinney. Boost your mind, body and spirit and improve posture, muscle strength, flexibility and balance.

Intermediate class – for dancers who have previous experience in dance.

Attire: tights/leggings, leotard or fitted t-shirt, ballet shoes.
