Join us for our Ceramics Skills Class. Our class size is kept small, giving you one-on-one time with our skilled instructors and the ability to explore both throwing and hand building techniques. The class is suitable for all skill levels. The class runs for three or six weeks and we require a three class minimum. Your clay may be bought from us for $1 per pound (sold in 5 lb blocks), which includes the use of our glazes. We use cone 5/6 clay in our studio, anything else brought in that is not cone 5/6 must be approved by one of our staff and clearly labeled. At the completion of three classes you can expect to have one to three gifts completed or ready for the last firing. Please note, you can use your three classes in our Saturday and Sunday afternoon and Wednesday evenings classes, so you can start a piece during one evening class, then attend another class time to get instruction and continue working on your project.
