Nationally honored poet Quang Do will be hosting the first installment of Iron City Slam! presented by Radio Free Alabama. The open mic portion of the evening starts at 5:30 PM at Desert Island Supply Co. The slam poetry begins at 7pm. The entrance is a $5 suggested donation but no one will be turned away. Beer for the 21 and up crowd will be available from our sponsor Back Forty Beer Company.
