June 2 – Central Alabama Pride and HRC Alabama Happy Hour Connect. This event brings together all walks of life in the Birmingham LGBTQ Community as we socialize, make connections and enjoy the company of our LGBTQ community. Carrigan’s Public House, 2430 Morris Ave. 6pm

June 3 – B&A Warehouse Pre-Game. FREE to those attending Out at the Field! Our friends at B&A Warehouse are hosting a “pre-game” tailgate for us and will provide free food and discounted drinks before the game. Stop by and thank them for their continued support of the Birmingham LGBTQ Community. Located next door to Regions Field facing Railroad Park. 4:30 pm

June 4 – CAP & BATS Softball Game. The return of the silliest, most fun softball game around. The rules change as you go and you just go with the flow. All proceeds benefit CAP 2016. We will have drawings for prizes, DJ Gil will be playing some awesome music. Bring your coolers, chairs, canopies and your sunblock and come play! Cheerleaders are strongly encouraged! $5 player fee. June 4 – Title Holders Reunion Show. The annual Central Alabama Pride TitleHolders reunion show. Cierra hosts this annual event which brings together entertainers from now and years gone by for one night only. If you have been a CAP (or Birmingham Pride) titleholder in the past and would like to perform let us know! (A little birdie told us there may be a special appearance from a certain queen going head to head with Roy Moore! #ambrosiastarling ) Al’s on 7th, 2627 7th Ave S. 8:00 pm

June 5 – Pride Brunch at Grille 29. Kickoff Pride Week with everyones favorite…BRUNCH! Grille 29 is thrilled to host the first ever Pride Brunch! Food and drink specials with a portion of the proceeds benefitting Central Alabama Pride 2016! More surprises to be announced. Grille 29, 971 Brookwood Village. 12:00 pm

June 6 – Pride Bingo at Birmingham AIDS Outreach. The biggest BINGO of the year! Great prizes and it always sells out! Make your reservations now to guarantee your seats! Hosted by Sharon Cocx and Pride President Kyle Pugh. 7:00 pm

June 7 – Pride Skate. Back again for 2016 is the always favorite Pride Skate. Free (donations accepted) to everyone. Dress in your favorite pride or disco inspired costume or come as you are and skate your heart out! Skates 280, 7043 Meadowlark Dr. 7:00 pm

June 8 – SHOUT Film Festival Special Screening & Talent Show. In honor of CAP Week 2016, The Birmingham SHOUT Film Festival is presenting a 25th Anniversary special film screening of Paris is Burning and fundraiser Talent Show competition for festival fans, supporters, and patrons! Al’s on 7th, 2627 7th Ave S, 8:00 pm

June 8 – Pride Idol Finals. All 4 bars send their best representative for the finals of Pride Idol 2016. The winner will receive a medal, spot in the parade and will have the chance to sing as the opening act for Jordin Sparks at PrideFest 2016! Cassidy Phillips hosts. Come cheer on your favorites! June 9 – Pride Cosmic Bowling. Crowd favorite Pride Cosmic Bowling returns for 2016 with all you can bowl from 9pm-midnight for just $10! Be sure to get there on time to reserve your lane for you and your friends as Pride takes over the entire center for one night only! Brunswick Riverview Lanes, 2908 Riverview Rd. 9:00 pm

June 10 – Latrice Royal. Rupaul’s Drag Race Royalty Latrice Royale returns for 2016 at Als on Seventh to help celebrate Pride! $5 of every cover goes directly to Central Alabama Pride 2016! As Latrice says ” Jesus is a biscuit so come sop him up” and kick off Pride weekend with a bang! Al’s on 7th, 2627 7th Ave S. 11:00 pm

June 11 – The 28th Annual Central Alabama Pride Parade will roll along 7th Avenue South this year. The parade will line up around 30th Street South and travel down 7th Avenue past Al’s, Spikes, (near) the Quest and end just past Our Place. Dont forget, This year’s parade is in the same area and at the same time as SliceFest so the crowds will be HUGE! Be sure to stake out your spot early or find a good spot around the new VA for great viewing. This years Grand Marshall is the Mystic Krewe of Apollo Birmingham who is celebrating their 40th Annivesary this year and is Alabama’s oldest and longest running gay organization. 8:00 pm

June 12 – The 38th Annual Central Alabama PrideFest presented in part by T-Mobile and Wells-Fargo ends the week of festivities. Gates open at noon. Featuring 100 vendors/booths, The BombShellz Kid Zone, food, drinks, entertainment and education. Free to the Public (Donations accepted). The event will culminate with a performance by American Idol and Pop Sensation Jordin Sparks around 8:30pm. Sloss Furnaces. Begins at 12:00 pm
