The Greater Birmingham Humane Society will join more than 1,500 shelters nationwide in taking the Just One Day pledge to not euthanize any adoptable animals on June 11 to work toward a “No-Kill Nation.” The shelter will host an adoption event that day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. where reduced adoption fees of only $11 will be offered for all animals. #JustOneDay
