Beat the summer heat (and bugs) with The Gardens’ Botanical Beauty Secrets! Join Plant Adventures Program Specialist, Brooke McMinn, and Library Director, Hope Long, to learn which botanical ingredients are most effective for common summer concerns and create an array of products to take home. Hair care products in the July class will include a restorative mask, a smoothing serum and a texturizing sea salt spray. Skin care products in the August class will include a nourishing sunscreen, a cooling sunburn salve and a bug repelling spray. Register for both classes at once and receive a $10 discount for a total member price of $50 or a total non-member price of $60.
