Punching through hot metal is a technique used in a time before drills and other methods for boring holes in metal were possible. Students who take this class will learn and utilize this technique in conjunction with various forms of shaping metal to produce a bottle opener. Though no previous knowledge is required for this course it is suggested that students have a basic understanding of blacksmithing.
