Futurebirds is a psych-influenced americana band. Some of their country-based jams featured throughout a variety of many stages include Drive-By Truckers, Dead Confederate, and Blitzen Trapper.

Carl Broemel is an American rock musician. He currently plays multiple instruments, one of which includes pedal steel guitar. Broemel sings back-up vocals for the Louisville, Kentucky band My Morning Jacket, played guitar in the pop/rock band Old Pike, and in the alternative pop/rock band Silvercrush.
