Children and adults of all ages will be swept away by the fantastic tale that reminds us of the magic of the Christmas season.

Featuring over 150 community dancers and actors, guest principal artists, Camila Rosado and Luis Victor Santana (Ballet Concierto de Puerto Rico) as the Snow King and Queen and the Sugar Plum Fairy and her Cavalier, dancers from Samford Dance Company (Artistic Director Alisa McCool), and local professional guest artists from Formations Dance Company (Artistic Directors Whitney Renfroe) and Sanspointe (Artistic Directors Anna Foshee and Sara Wallace). This original version of the ballet is brought to you by Artistic Director Stephanie Rangel and the MCPA artistic staff.

The Alabama Youth Symphony will open the matinee performances with live Christmas music. Admission to the annual Patron Party (Immediately following the Saturday evening performance in the Lyric Theatre Lobby) is sold separately for $50 per person.
