FREE Community Health Fair

Cahaba Medical Care, in partnership with Henry Schein, Inc., presents the Healthy Lifestyles, Healthy Communities® FREE Community Health Fair & Pep Rally, which will he held Friday, September 16, 2016, from 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Debardeleben Park, 1623 2nd Avenue North, Bessemer, AL.  There will be FREE health screening for high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, body mass index, and oral health.  This community event will be filled with activities for all ages.  There will be exhibits from the Bessemer Fire Department, the Bessemer Police Department, the Bessemer Public Library, Bessemer Parks & Recreation; a fun-filled kid zone; a presentation by the McCalla Dancers and Legacy YMCA; live entertainment from the Birmingham 7; door prizes, and more.  Bob Sykes BBQ will be on site selling some good ol’ southern barbecue just in time to kick off your Friday evening tailgate.  So come on out and get your FREE Health Screening and cheer on your favorite team!
