This presentation explores the legacy and works of Louis Comfort Tiffany – arguably the world’s most well-known glass artist. Images and examples will help illustrate the unique methods and materials used by the Tiffany studios. Participants will leave with an understanding of what makes a window or lamp a “Tiffany” and be able to identify and appreciate the genius of the man behind the name.

Kevin Grabowski has over 27 years of experience in stained glass fabrication, restoration, and conservation. His background as a craftsman and as the National Projects Director at Conrad Schmitt Studios has given him hands-on familiarity with all phases of glass craft as well as experience with project development for interior design, decorative painting, murals, and mosaics. Kevin works with owners, architects, interior design firms, and consultants to address the assessment, planning, scheduling, and execution of projects that transform interior spaces into artistic jewels.
