The Tuscaloosa Symphony Orchestra (TSO) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to foster and encourage the appreciation of music through live concert performances and educational programs that are diverse, enriching and of the highest quality. TSO produces five subscription concerts, three children’s concerts and one concert on July 4, annually. TSO’s Music Director is Adam Flatt and the professional musicians that make up the orchestra are primarily residents of Tuscaloosa and Birmingham, AL.
