We are a diverse congregation that is committed to worship, Bible study and many local ministries in the city of Birmingham. In addition, we participate in mission efforts in our state and around the world as an expression of our commitment to a risen Lord and His Kingdom.

We were chartered as a church on December 20, 1970, and dedicated the current sanctuary and education wing in 1995. We are currently in the midst of an Urban Research Project that will provide hands on learning and experiences to take us to the next phase of ministry endeavors and the renovation/expansion of our physical plant.
