The Leeds Fall Festival and John Henry Celebration, a marketing and promotional program of the Leeds Scenic Byway Management Team, celebrates the roots, richness and variety of American culture through art, music, theater and education. The purpose of the festival is to promote the Leeds area and bring people to historic downtown Leeds.
