Sweet Om Alabama seeks to cultivate the health and well being of Alabamians by mobilizing the community to bring the benefits of yoga to those who lack access. What began as a community service organization 2007 is growing now into a 501c3 non-profit organization committed to service. By opening our hearts to the practice of Seva, or selfless service, we are able to take the lessons and blessings received from yoga and meditation to help others.
