Our facility houses not only materials to check out but also a computer lab and meeting room. In 2001, the Library earned the “Three Star Rating” for meeting more than 70 criteria signifying superior library service. In 2005, the Alabama Library Association awarded Pelham Public Library “Blue Ribbon Library” status, the highest honor to recognize excellence in library service. Only nine public libraries in the state have ever received this designation.
