The historical Boutwell Municipal Auditorium is surrounded by the eclectic mixture of the downtown Birmingham Business District, with the excitement of other adjacent entertainment venues, and a total air of arts, culture and diverse ethnicity. The Exhibition Hall overlooks the fountain and greenway of Linn Park. Our entrance to the Main Arena offers a feel of safety and civic pride as City Hall is in clear view. Boutwell’s interior, creatively decorated in art deco fashion, is the site of two premiere entertainment areas. The large Main Arena can accommodate up to 6,000 people at full capacity and the smaller Exhibition Hall will hold a maximum of 1, 000.
