First Christian Church

First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) is a community committed to the life and ministry of Jesus Christ. We provide a sharing and accepting environment, and opportunities for participation in worship, education, service, evangelism, and spiritual growth.

The unity of all Christians in love and service in the name of Jesus Christ continues to be our goal.

In accepting this mission, we affirm our calling to share the Good News of Jesus Christ from our church in Birmingham, Alabama, “To the ends of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)
