Pell City Library

 The Pell City Library has 8 public (Internet access) computers,
1 genealogy computer, and 4 (Non-Internet access) Children’s computers.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and signed in by a parent to use the Internet computers.

They have a growing genealogy collection including one computer strictly for genealogical research only.
In addition there are 35,000 books (some in Spanish and some bilingual) and subscriptions to 14 magazines, some in Spanish.

Their library is divided into the Children’s Area, Adult Fiction, Adult Non-Fiction, Genealogy, Young Adult, and the Computer areas.

Library cards are available free to St. Clair County residents with proof of residency.
