The Quartet plays music that is improvised and promotes communication, therefore it is rooted in jazz. Our music is also groove-based like R&B, hip hop, and funk. Always eager to push the envelope, the Dominic Minix Quartet experiments with combining their more inherent influences like Jimi Hendrix with their modern jazz sound.
