The Cahaba River Ramble is a spectacular 5k and 20-mile trail race through the “biological heart” of Alabama’s longest remaining free-flowing river, the Cahaba River National Wildlife Refuge, and is the primary fundraiser for Cahaba River Society’s Shane Hulsey CLEAN Environmental Education Program. Experienced trail runners will enjoy a challenging 10-mile course, while newcomers can get their feet wet by opting for the short and flat 3.1 mile course. The rare Cahaba lilies should be in bloom, so bring your family for a beautiful day by the river.
$35 for 5k, $45 for 10-mile
