Shelby Humane presents the first ever, Birmingham Derby Party which will be one of the hottest tickets in Birmingham this year! Only 500 tickets are available. Don’t miss an opportunity to say you were at the first Birmingham Derby Party! You will enjoy signature Derby cocktails and small plate dishes in a setting of lush fields and trees. Creative attendees will be vying for the Best Hat for ladies and Best Dressed for men competitions. Colony House will join us at the Derby Party with instrumentation specific to an intimate venue like Windwood Equestrian. You won’t see this anywhere else – from a band that’s been touring around the world and appeared on Conan, the Today Show and in multiple festivals in 2017. The Kentucky Derby will be viewed on the big screen at 6 p.m.
And, best of all, Shelby Humane which supports the goals of responsible pet ownership and humane treatment of animals through the Shelby Adoption Center, Shelby Clinic Shelby Outreach and Shelby Safe Pet programs will benefit from proceeds of the event.

Now for the most important part of the Derby Party. Tickets for all this will be $65. Your day at Windwood Equestrian will start at 3:00 pm on Saturday, May 5, and conclude after the running of the main Kentucky Derby race on big screens at 6:00 pm.
