Alabama Women In Business - September Business / Networking Luncheon

Guest speaker, Joyce Brooks, is a motivational speaker and author of three books including “It Ain’t Over” and ” Self-Inflicted Overload. Joyce will be discussing the “Work-Life Balance for Today’s Professional Woman”. This is an interactive program designed to assist women in becoming their best. Raising one’s awareness of the causes and affects of overload and stress on one’s professional and personal life is critical to living a more productive and fulfilling life. Participants will complete an overload self-assessment and be introduced to proven techniques to better manage and balance the daily demands.
