Our hip joints are at the center of our body and help form the base of our spine so mobility and strength in the hips is crucial to moving and feeling well. We spend so much time sitting, driving, or riding that our hips joints can easily become weak and tight. This workshop will use yoga practices to bring awareness and energy to the hips as we build strength and control then move into hip stretches to safely open the hips and bring more ease and mobility.
