This workshop will help you understand your dosha and discover natural ways of self healing, both physically and mentally, through Ayurvedic techniques that support the different doshas types.
Ayurveda is India’s 5,000 year old “Science of Life” and brings together the body, mind, spirit with nature. Your dosha is your Ayurveda mind and body type.
